作品創作理念及說明
   11歲時進入國光劇藝實驗學校,學習傳統戲曲『豫劇』,並長達10年的坐科訓練,以及不斷的勞軍、公演、出國宣慰僑胞高職畢業後就讀中國文化大學中國戲劇組,14年來每日所接觸的環境與訓練,使得傳統戲曲中所有的行為舉止,深深的植入了我的身體記憶當中,雖然在職場上投入傳播媒體10年之久,未曾再上台演出,但是身體的記憶與行為模式未曾改變,戲曲一直跟隨著我,我也一直追索著戲劇。
  2008年偶然的一個契機讓我拾起畫筆,開始自學繪畫、我思考著自己生命階段的每個轉折點,用自己的生命體驗來創作;於是我察覺昔日戲曲演員生涯階段在我身上植入的戲,不只出現在舞台上,平日的手、眼、身、法、步、語言、習慣,已經與我的生活緊密結合牢不可分,舞台下的我如同在舞台上一樣充滿了戲劇感,我的油畫創作也一件又一件描繪著戲劇人生,甚至,接受李清照私人劇團邀請重新投入戲劇演出《作淫愁初飛花瑪莉訓子()》,藉由舞台上的日本舞踏動作與戲劇張力將戲劇人物的情感創作於油畫中。
   「在舞臺上不會老系列---網襪」主要表現出現代女子追求流行的裝扮之外,畫中人物的肢體也涵蓋了戲曲人物的舞台動作,在心態上與空間的表現穿透了時空與環境的侷限,加上臉部的裝扮營造出一種超越以往戲劇表現的氛圍,主角穿上蜘蛛網般的襪子,打破了傳統戲曲的戒律,營造出穿透時空的神祕感。

I began learning traditional Henan opera at the age of 11 when I enrolled in National Kuo Kwang Academy of Arts. My training went on for 10 years during which I performed in varies productions, including tributes to the army and overseas Chinese. After graduating from the academy with a high school diploma, I continued my education in Chinese Cultural University and majored in Chinese Drama. For 14 years I live and breathe traditional opera and it has become a vital part of me. Even after working in the media for 10 years and ceased to perform on stage, the memory remains in my body as if nothing has changed. Traditional Chinese opera has been following me and I have been exploring it.

In 2008, I began to teach myself painting by chance. I pondered on every turning point in my life and based my paintings on my life experience. I came to realized that my prior career as a traditional opera actress has profound influence in my life not only on stage but also my mannerisms, language and habits. Both my personal life and my oil paintings interpret the dramatic emotions of my experience. Take for example my collaboration with Theatre Company of Li Qing Zhao the Private recent production, “Marie Educated His Son At Virgin Flower Falling” Part 1. The moves of Japanese botoh and the dramatic tension of the production are captured in my painting.

In “Fishnet Stockings” of “Immortal Stage” series, the modern woman is more than fashion-
savvy,her physical movements and make up are of a traditional opera performer
representing a break through from space and time. The fishnet stockings she wears breaks
the standard decorum of traditional Chinese opera, creating a sense of mystery which goes
beyond space and time.
